Erika Copes,
Director of Marketing and Business Development
Ms. Copes comes with an education background in social work and gerontology and extensive experience in senior healthcare management, beginning at the Village Retirement Communities as Director of Community Relations to Retirement Counselor. She gained experience with increasing occupancy rates and with marketing plans for new retirement communities. As part of the Central Connecticut Senior Health Services, Ms. Copes’ role as Director of Marketing and Business Development is to promote the Alliance Advantage through community outreach events. Ms. Copes is also known for opening the new buildings, including Arbor Rose at Jerome Home. She also tries to increase occupancy at all the Central Connecticut Senior Health Services entities through marketing plans.
